Ford Ranger Driver’s Road Rage Blows Up In His Face And Airbags | Carscoops
The driver of this Ford Ranger clearly didn’t expect his road rage to be so costly after speeding and bumping into the other car

It’s easy to get frustrated while behind the wheel, perhaps because you’re in a rush, there’s a slow-moving car in front of you, or maybe because someone cut you off. However, being able to control your emotions is an important element of being a safe driver and it’s clearly something that the owner of this Ford Ranger needs to work on.
This video was filmed in Australia and recently shared to the IdiotsInCars page on Reddit. While it is unclear if the conflict between the cammer and the driver of the Ranger kicked off before the start of the video, what we can see is a pickup truck driver who clearly thinks he rules the road.

Initially, we can see the driver of the Ford tailgating the cammer and at one stage, giving it a slight tap from the rear. The motorist continues to drive on, seemingly unphased by the Ford. Not satisfied with simply giving them a bit of a love tap, the Ranger driver hits the accelerator and rams the rear of the other vehicle. He hit it with so much force in fact that the front airbags deployed.
It seems likely that the Ford driver was so annoyed at the cammer that they didn’t even ponder what the consequences could be of rear-ending a car like this. Had the Ranger been equipped with a steel bull bar, it could have avoided all damage but as it stands, it appears as though the hood has been pushed slightly out of position from the impact and may need to be replaced.
It is unclear what the driver of the car with the dashcam did after the incident but if we were in their position, we would have quickly reported the crash to police and made an insurance claim against the driver of the Ford.
