Jess's passion for cars started in her father's garage, learning the mechanics of automotive repair. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jess has extensive expertise in automotive design and technology. She enjoys attending car shows, racing her custom-built Mustang, and teaching her kids about car maintenance. Jess is dedicated to inspiring and supporting women in their automotive journeys.

Automotive News Europe honors the winners of the 2022 Rising Stars awards. Through July 13, the 19 winners will be featured.

The Rising Star for General Management is Sebastian Grams, who is managing director of Audi Sport.

The 2022 Rising Stars winners will be honored in Prague at a gala dinner on July 13.

To qualify, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience, have multiple language skills and be 45 years or younger. Nominations are accepted from carmakers, suppliers, automotive service and mobility providers and retail/aftersales businesses.
